You don't know me. We've never met, and up until a few days ago I have never purchased anything manufactured by your company. I have, however, had the displeasure of purchasing an inferior part from another supplier. When I began to research other suppliers on the Internet, I noticed your company built parts for Van's aircraft. That persuaded me to give you guys a try. I knew I was on the right track when the part arrived in its own custom made cardboard box and was wonderfully packed inside.

What a difference! This looks like it belongs on an aircraft. Everything was true and square, air inlet flange flat and top seams welded, all seams and joints flat, metal shaft bushings, beautifully made flapper valve with a full length reinforcement—no binding, a reinforcing plate for the entire top surface of the box, true and square carburetor mating flange and a very appropriate semi gloss black paint finish. The tang at the back for attaching the operating cable does not flex and looks to be made from quality steel.

I apologize for taking so much of your time in reading this, but I really wanted you and your employees to understand how much I appreciate your product. To do that properly I thought you should have all the details.
