Heat Treating

As an experienced aircraft parts manufacturer, we have a complete in-house heat treating operation for aluminum alloy parts.

The heat treating process changes the molecular structure of the aluminum and dramatically increases the tensile strength of the metal.

We use a 900+ degree salt bath and quick quench tanks. Our heat treating process meets the strict specifications for "certified aircraft parts."

Our aluminum alloy parts are heat treated to a mil spec (MIL-H-6088C) specific to aircraft parts.
